1:If you are connected to a TV or a monitor that cannot automatically identify the signal source, please make sure that the correct signal source is selected on the TV or monitor when using our cable. 

2:Please make sure that when you connect an external monitor, select Copy or Expand monitor in your computer monitor settings.
